Buyer's premium of 20% and DOMESTIC "IN HOUSE" SHIPPING on small lots. Shipping for large art pieces, bronzes and such can be arranged at the end of auction.

Payment is due within 48 hours of the conclusion of auction. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or wire transfers, payable in U.S. dollars. Invoice must be paid in full. Pay via the blue Live auctioneers "Pay Now" button.

Cowboy Joe's Antiques reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased until the funds have cleared.

Shipping is handled in-house with no additional handling costs for small, manageable items. Costs for large or heavy items are buyer's responsibility, which we can assist in arranging for boxing, crating and shipping details. Items will be shipped within 5-10 business days after receipt of payment. Refunds will only be considered if contact with auction house is made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise and item is not as described.


If you have not contacted Cowboy Joe's Antiques to arrange payment within two days of the time the invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.

A premium equal to 20% of the final bid price will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price. Overseas shipping and packaging will be added to invoice as required.

Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms and all other terms printed within, posted, and announced at the time of sale.

Payment for shipping on all items must be made within 14-days at the conclusion of the auction or the item(s) will be considered abandoned, and a refund will not be issued.
