Children’s Policy: Children are welcome at Estate Sale Events under parental/custodial supervision at all times. Parents are responsible for any damage caused to property or merchandise. We appreciate your cooperation with our Children’s Policy.
Bag Policy: Large bags, purses, backpacks, sacks, and big coats are not allowed at our estate sales.
Payment: We accept credit cards and cash. All credit card transactions require a current ID and approval by Management.
Purchases: All items are sold AS-IS. We do not provide refunds or exchanges. Please inspect items thoroughly before purchase, including testing electrical items and checking for any hidden damages.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is collected for the state of Nevada. Resellers with a valid Nevada Tax ID or a resale certificate from another state must provide a copy for our records.
Behavioral Expectations: Management reserves the right to request anyone to leave the sale if their behavior is deemed unacceptable.
Security Notice: No valuables are left on site, and the house is monitored by an alarm system.
