Numbers will be handed out (Approx. 1/2 an hour Prior to opening the Sale.
We do not allow large purses or bags.
We would love to trust everybody, but you know how it is.
Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
Please bring help for larger items. You can always pick up later during the day as long as it’s paid for in full.
Doors will open at the published time, not before.
Accidents do happen . If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
We don't do Pre-sales or Give out Prices prior to the estate sale.
Sellers are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside of the home.
