1. Local pick up is preferred. Shipping is available for some items at the buyer's expense. NOT ALL LOTS CAN BE SHIPPED. We cannot ship furniture. Shippable items will be packed by Caring Transitions and shipped via USPS or UPS. If the item is fragile, we may use 3rd party shipping for packing and shipping.
2. After your sale invoice is paid (may include Handling fee), you will receive a separate invoice for shipping charges. Depending on the size of the sale and amount of shipping, it may be several days after pickup before you receive your shipping invoice. Once you approve the shipping and handling charges, Caring Transitions will be able to charge the credit card on file.
3.If your listed address is not local then we will assume you will require shipping, unless you schedule a pickup time by emailing Jconradson@caringtransitions.com
4. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped.
5.Caring Transitions Las Vegas reserves the right to hold shipments of fine jewelry, gold, and sterling for up to two weeks before shipment if the buyer's invoice is over $150 and the buyer is not verified with our franchise. In this case, the 30 day period required for shipping invoice payment starts after the two week hold For security reasons, we are currently not able to ship items to a different address than the one associated with your CTBids account. Signature confirmation may be required.
6. Please make sure your address is updated in CTBIDS BEFORE placing a bid. Items will be shipped to the address that appears on your invoice for that auction. If you have not updated your address, Caring Transitions is not liable for items sent to the wrong address.
