Purchased items must be removed within the stated sale or pickup period unless other arrangements have been approved in advance. Buyers are responsible for their own labor, moving assistance, packing materials, and transportation. Delivery may be available for select larger items for an additional fee, subject to scheduling and location.

• Large Items Must Be Removed by Buyer: Please plan accordingly. Items not picked up by the agreed-upon time may be forfeited without refund.
• No Early Entry: Doors open at the posted start time. No exceptions.
• First Come, First Served: We honor a sign-up sheet or line formation as necessary.
• Not Responsible for Accidents: Entry onto the property is at your own risk. HUB HOME, the property owner, and staff are not liable for injuries, damages, or loss of personal property.
