No public bathrooms available - please go before you come!
No pets allowed - service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
There is a dog on site. Dog will be behind a closed door during sale hours.
Use CAUTION on property. Homeowner/sale organizer are not responsible for any accidents - caution signs have been placed on property to avoid injury and filmed before sale as a precautionary measure.
Avoid areas taped off. Small children MUST BE MONITORED AT ALL TIMES! There is a shallow Koi pond in front of house, please avoid.
Bring a friend to help lift and load your large purchases into appropriate sized vehicle.
We have limited bags/boxes for you to use.
All large items purchased must be removed by 5pm Sunday. NO EXCEPTIONS! No refunds for items not picked up.
Park where directed. Do not block neighbor’s mailboxes, driveways or walkways to homes.

Due to bad weather last weekend we are running this sale again. We have dropped prices all day long! Even lower than last Sunday’s for immediate sale. We are accepting offers on higher priced, larger items as long as they can be removed within a week from sale. Please view images for an idea of what is being sold at this BLOW-OUT Sale.
