This home is loaded with lots of household and collectible items, including a vintage Noritake Somerset 5317 china service for 12. This classic set, made from 1952-1973, is complete with all serving dishes, creamer, sugar, tea cups, etc. and is in excellent condition. Valued at approx. $1,200.

Also featured in the sale are a 5,500 watt generator with only 2 hrs. of usage, Maytag Washer and Whirlpool Dryer, a  22" snow blower in working condition, a Cub Cadet riding lawnmower (worked the last time used 3 yrs. ago) a John Deere push mower that works, a big selection of Christmas decorations (including a large animatronic Santa Claus), several working flat screen TVs, women's clothing, shoes, handbags, scarves, etc. There are also two other sets of china, including English ironstone and Pfaltzgraff (service for 14).
