While we will do our best to list any defects, damage, repairs or restorations,
the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply
that the lot is in perfect/new condition. There might be dust or dirt on some items.

ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED DATES & TIME FRAME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.


• Auction Staff will only be on site during listed pickup times. Please respect our clients' privacy and
DO NOT attempt to arrive outside the listed hours. Our client will not be able to help you.


• Winning Bidders must bring help for large/heavy items and proper packaging materials for pickup.


• Packing, Moving & Transporting of your items are NOT PROVIDED at pickup. All lots are at ground level, no stairs.
*Winning Lot Bids, Entire lot must be taken with you at the time of pick up
