All Bidders must properly register in order to bid in an auction whether it is in person; by phone; by completing an Absentee Bid form or leaving an absentee bid by calling or us - agree to be bound by these terms.

Bidder?s (unless known to us) must present a valid driver?s license. Any Absentee Bid by a Bidder will require a valid Credit Card. Our firm reserves the right to bar any registrant; 2. Absentee Bidding is provided on-line via Live Auctioneers, or left bids, but only with in person prior inspection at preview. Registration for Absentee Bids should be done prior to auction day. All absentee bids are executed competitively. There is no phone bidding for this sale; 3. Absentee Bids, if allowed, must be paid within 5 days of auction. Bank or Cashier?s check is preferable, but credit card is fine. Absentee Bids will be executed competitively by this firm. This process is a matter of convenience to customers and therefore this firm is not responsible for errors in execution or failure to execute bids; 4. Buyers Premiums: Bidding in-Person Auction Premiums are: 17% Buyers Premium for Cash or Good Check ? 20% Credit Card ? Live Auctioneers Premium will be posted on their site. Other Live Auctioneer?s charges will also be included in the bidder?s invoice like Sales Tax (unless a bidder has a valid resale certificate on file with Live Auctioneers prior to sale), Shipping, On-Line Payment Fees, etc.; 5. Live Auctioneer?s AutoPay is provided as a convenience for all Live Auctioneer bidders. AutoPay will charge a bidder?s credit card 3 days after the bidder?s invoice is sent out ? this is non-refundable; 6. If payment is with a check, we reserve the right to hold the item(s) purchased until check clears; 7. In-House Shipping will be generally via USPS Priority Mail with full insurance coverage and handling to be paid for by buyers. Session 3 will consist of over 300 Lots dealing with Steam Engines of all sizes; Antique Fans (Early Electric & Hot Air); Antique Music Boxes and Discs; Hurdy Gurdies/ Piano Grinders; Phonographs and Rolls; Trains; extensive antique and vintage Christmas decorations and other items such as advertising, bottles, coins, stoneware, early automotive, etc., etc. Great opportunity to purchase - you can come and attend to bid in person - especially recommended for many of these items for ease of removal.
