- Prices are not negotiable on the first day of a sale, but discounts may occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
- If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.

We have 60 years, 6 decades, of items we have unpacked, unwrapped, and cleaned for you to bring home for it's second life.
Dishes, tools, furniture, antiques, tin-type photo albums, toys, crystal, linens, original art prints, mid-century modern and vintage items, Christmas items, lots of paper (a commercial printer lived here) canning jars, costume jewelry, books, vintage vinyl records, shoes, a gas grill, did I say dishes????
And so so much more..(we were only alotted 50 pictures to put up with this listing.)
It's taken us month to prepare to offer the 1000's of items in this estate. Even so, please know, we are not estate sales professionals and ask for your patience and understanding as we do our best to manage this monstrous undertaking.
