While TA is not obligated to provide a condition report, condition reports for most lots can be found online on both the TA website (treadwellauctions.com) and bidding platform (liveauctioneers.com). Potential bidders are encouraged to contact TA for additional condition information on any lot. TA does not warrant the condition of any lot.
The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from imperfections, wear or effects of aging. Condition reports provided as a courtesy by TA, whether online or at a person's request are based on a visual inspection and for guidance only. Such condition reports should not be relied on as statements of fact and do not constitute a representation, assumption of liability or warranty by TA.
