All items will be sold as described.

Each of our jewelry pieces are examined and tested for authenticity.

In the very rare instance that we cannot fulfill a sale, the buyer will be refunded.

For all our international bidders. Payment must be made via wire transfer including the shipping fees and all applicable taxes.

For receipts, purchasers may call us at our number 646-212-7083, to provide accepted methods of payment which include Credit Cards or any other accepted methods of payment.

We reserve the right to ask for the following forms of payment: Certified Checks, Wire Transfer, Zelle, or any other payment method we see fit.

Lab Grown Diamonds: All of our lab grown diamonds above 1 carat each stone in weight will come with an IGI certificate report. Lab grown diamonds smaller than 1 carat will not come with an IGI certificate report. However, they all come inspected for authenticity as with all of our items.

All lots are sold in brand new condition. All lots are sold as described/as is. Buyers may ask any questions about the items at the start of the auction regarding any item. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation. All diligence to verify the items condition/details is the buyers responsibility. If either side defaults on the agreement, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of New York. An arbitrator will be selected with no bias to any party.

Terms of Purchase: A 4% credit card processing fee will apply to all invoices which the buyer pays by credit card. The credit card the bidder uses to place a bid is the credit card that will be charged. The buyers address provided is the address where the buyers items will be shipped to. They are unable to be changed.

Each item will ship with insurance and adult signature. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please insure you’re an adult of 21 years of age or greater prior to bidding. Please make sure you’ll be present to receive your package at the time of delivery. If the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for all delivery fees required to send the package back to them. The insurance value will be what’s on the invoice. Any damage or loss to the package we’re not responsible for. However, we’ll work with our buyers to file claims so they may be paid out by out insurance provider.


Terms of Purchase: There will be a 4% credit card fee to all invoices paid by credit card. Please note that the credit card that you place on file is the credit card that will be billed, and the address you provide is the shipping address where your items will be shipped


Our mailing list: When you sign up for our auction you agree to be on our mailing list.

Payment Terms Payment is due no later than 48 hours after the auction has ended. The credit card on file and the address cannot be changed after the buyer has won the auction due to HiBids software. Buyers must contact HiBid to request an address or payment method change.

All bids are final. If for whatever reason the buyer feels their account has been compromised, it’s their responsibility to contact their financial institution.
