Please use care when walking on the property, in the home, and in any outbuildings. Your participation is at your own risk, however we do pure best to put up safety signs as needed.
Please bring your own bags and boxes and help for lifting
We ship and take phone purchases during the sale hours
Credit cards will have a 3% fee added on purchases over $100.00
No valuables are left in the home during set up or during the sale during off hours
We do accept phone purchases once the sale has begun, and we do ship.
We do not pre-sell any items from our sales
