WE do not use a signup sheet. Numbers will be handed out at approximately 7AM, after you receive your number you are more than welcome to leave the premises, doors open up at 9AM promptly.
We are NOT responsible for onsite accidents. Please bring help to load heavy items, as we cannot guarantee availability for loading and/or delivery of items purchased.

We've got a busy few weekends ahead of us! Join us on October 31st and November 1st for this lovely estate sale in Herkimer. No tricks or treats... just some vintage treasures!
This 3 bedroom home is full of quality used furniture, both contemporary, and vintage, a large modular entertainment unit full of barware imported from Germany, vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, and vintage stereo equipment. There is a leather sofa in the living room along with a nice selection of mid century decor. Two dining room tables, a large china hutch, and a wide selection of decorative and functional fine china and serving pieces. In the kitchen there is a nice selection of pots, pans, and glassware, a retro kitchen dining set. the kitchen leads out to an enclosed sun porch with sofa and patio furniture. Also off the kitchen, A sunken living room full of seasonal decor and office supplies, and artwork. Upstairs two bedroom sets one full size and the other king, full of vintage linens and vintage women's clothing.
