WE ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT CONSIDER SHIPPING ITEMS, let alone payment for items in any way other than standing on line, being at the sale in person, and paying on the day of the sale, in person. If we wanted to sell online/off site, we would use estatesales.net market place.
With respect for our clients, their homes, and their pocketbook, we do not allow usage of their bathrooms.
Also, with respect for our clients, we cannot guarantee all items advertised will be available on the day of the sale. Clients often have a change of heart, or a relative makes a claim. We do our best to protect ourselves against this, but ultimately we are working in someone's home with their belongings.
We are very easy to deal with, but sometimes our good nature gets tested.

Last day box sale! Furniture ready to go! Saturday, 9-4pm.
Plenty of on street parking. Long driveway, but please park intelligently off to a side so others can pass. Do not block driveways! Do not honk or disturb the neighborhood.
Bring help to move heavy items and a proper vehicle. This point cannot be stressed enough. Come prepared. It's also helpful if you bring your own boxes and wrap.
