KOTLER’S nor its consignor makes any express or implied warranty or representation of any kind or nature with respect to merchantability, fitness for purpose, correctness of the catalog or other description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, material, genuineness, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, exhibitions, literature or historical significance of any lot sold.

The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging; nor does a reference to particular defects imply the absence of others.

BUYERS PREMIUM: A buyer's premium of 32% of the hammer price shall be added to each purchase.

RECORD OF SALE: The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.

START TIME: Auction will start promptly at 12 Noon EST (New York Time). We strongly suggest that if you want to ensure participation you leave a left bid to lessen the chance of missing an item during the live sale.

TAX: The total sales price is subject to applicable sales tax. NY residents will pay 8.625% unless a (tax exempt) resale certificate is on file with the auction house prior to bidding.

Domestic invoices over $2,501.00 USD must be funded via ACH bank wire transfer, Cash, or Zelle. Credit cards are NOT accepted. No exceptions.
