We’re so glad you stopped by. Please review the following sale guidelines to help everything run smoothly for everyone. Thanks for being kind and respectful—and happy treasure hunting!

- PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY UNLESS REMOVING FURNITURE.
- We will provide numbers approximately 1 hour prior to opening the sale.
- We accept Cash & Venmo.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. All items are SOLD AS IS, with NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order—please test them before purchasing.

2) If you pick up an item and decide not to buy it, please return it to where you found it or hand it to a team member to put back.

3) If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.

4) No food or drinks inside the house. Please don’t leave trash on the porch or property.

5) We do not offer pre-sales or quote prices prior to the start of the sale.

6) All large items must be picked up by Sunday, 3/30 @ 2PM. Please bring your own help for moving heavy items—we are unable to assist with loading.

7) No holds without payment. Items must be paid in full to be held for later pickup.

8) Children must be supervised at all times. Many items are fragile or valuable.

9) Enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen property while on the premises.

10) Security will be on-site and/or video surveillance will be in use.

11) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
