Description & Details
We are currently seeking a qualified buyer interested in acquiring the entire contents of the estate in one purchase. After discussing with the family, they are willing to accept $15,000 all for all small household contents, including all content in the house, garage, garden, and even the limestone benches and urn.
Shopping Spree.
This is a rare opportunity for collectors, decorators, or resellers to secure a significant volume of estate-quality goods at a price point that offers immediate equity and resale potential.
To prioritize serious bulk interest, Saturday’s appointments will be reserved exclusively for potential lot buyers. Based on where things stand at the end of the day Saturday, we will then consider opening Sunday for general appointments to sell remaining or individual items, if a bulk sale is not finalized.
Thank you for taking the time to review this unique estate opportunity

Saturday, Sunday & Monday – Levittown, NY
I’ve been hired to liquidate the personal estate of a direct descendant of President John Adams and John Duncan, the famed architect of Grant’s Tomb and many other iconic NYC buildings—along with his wife Dora Duncan, who moved in the same creative circles as Louis Comfort Tiffany himself.
The contents of this Levittown home come from generations of inheritance, originally from the Duncans’ Manhattan apartment and Seabright, NJ estate. Many of the antiques still match black-and-white photos from their original rooms and gardens. This collection is not only extensive—it’s a living archive of American history and decorative arts.
✨ HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:
• Louis Comfort Tiffany Signed Favrile Art Glass
• Tiffany & Co. Marble & Bronze Clock with a sword-wielding bronze figure
• Dozens of silver-plated serving pieces and candelabras, many monogrammed “DD” for Dora Duncan
• Hundreds of fine china pieces, crystal drinkware, decanters, Murano glass (including a clown, bird, and fish)
• Massive antique doll collection, vintage linens, and clothing
• Early tabletop Victrola, with a beautiful working horn and full set of 78s
• Stacks of LPs & 45s, working amp and turntable
• Antique architectural elements from Seabright & NYC residences
• Two massive limestone garden benches with dragon pedestals
• Stone urn, crystal platters, pleated silver flatware, bronze fireplace andirons, stoneware jugs, and antique pottery

• Three mink coats with receipts and professional appraisals
• Oil paintings, furniture (some stored off-site in Farmingdale), and much more

You will get it with the title and the car is unlocked and ready to be towed. They can make new keys for it. Cost about $300-$400. And the catalytic converter cost about one to $2000 for New York.Use the car in other states. It’s very cheap to get a catalytic converter. Look it up yourself. We’re looking for $2000 or best offer for it as is condition for repair or parts car is offsite and special appointment will be need to be made for it is located in farmingdale.
