We have an exciting Estate sale this weekend. Since 1937 upon death of Mrs. Ruhlmann, her belongings were packed up, and stored in locked room until recently unraveling to sell estate. Her husband died approx. 50 years ago, and again the apartment was locked all these years.  Walking into a time capsule with the cobb webs and all!  Most of the estate are items almost 100 years old.
