SHIPPING:
If you select shipping you must notify us after you won your item so we can set aside your item.

SALES TAX EXEMPTION: If you are tax exempt you must file your certificate with Auction Ninja BEFORE the auction. We DO NOT REFUND TAX.

While we endeavor to photograph and describe and measure every item, please note that you are bidding on previously used furniture and decorative items. Silver Creek Antique and Estate shall not be responsible for the description, measurements, authenticity or defect of any kind in any lot. All sales are final sale and no allowance will be made for any incorrectness or any imperfection not noted. All items are sold "as-is" and without recourse.
No guarantees are made as to condition, period or authenticity of the merchandise sold. Buyers must rely on their own knowledge when purchasing merchandise and are advised to carefully examine photographs and inquire prior to auction. Check your item carefully before bidding.
