We will be accepting cash, Venmo and credit/debit cards for this sale. (Credit card transactions must total at least $20.00)

We will be applying 8% sales tax to all purchases, unless tax exempt.

Permanent numbers will be handed out at 8am on Thursday. Temporary numbers will be honored but you must remain onsite until permanent numbers are handed out.

All sales final, no refunds or exchanges. Please bring your own help to load large purchases, we may not be available to assist.

We may be limiting the number of people allowed into the house at one time, your patience is appreciated.

Please follow all parking signs. Not responsible for accidents.
