This is a CASH only sale. Credit cards sales above $100. Buyer pays credit card fees.
There are six stairs to reach the first level.
The customer is responsible for moving their own purchases from the premises. No one is available onsite to assist onsite and all furniture must be removed by at the end of each sale day.
Saturday afternoon is DEAL Day !!!! Come early for best selection.
