CASH please or Venmo. No cards. No refunds or credits. Buyer’s remorse or buying on speculation are not valid excuses for returns. Known checks may be considered.
WE ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT CONSIDER SHIPPING ITEMS, let alone payment for items in any way other than standing on line, being at the sale in person, and paying on the day of the sale, in person. If we wanted to sell online/off site, we would use estatesales.net market place.
With respect for our clients, their homes, and their pocketbook, we do not allow usage of their bathrooms.
Also, with respect for our clients, we cannot guarantee all items advertised will be available on the day of the sale. Clients often have a change of heart, or a relative makes a claim. We do our best to protect ourselves against this, but ultimately we are working in someone's home with their belongings.
We are very easy to deal with, but sometimes our good nature gets tested.

We’re doing our last day Saturday box sale! Fill up one of our liquor boxes with any household contents, books, etc. All the contents for one low price. All furniture is slashed in half. Still lots of fun and useful items. No need to pay retail prices. We need the house, shed and basement empty!

A nice vintage sale in a historic Rockland County colonial home. Lots of vintage items: books, pulp fiction, reference, novels, clothing, ephemera, travel, postcards, games, kitsch, old typewriters, textiles, table lamps, kitchen, Brown Jordan outdoor chairs, patio set, folding chairs, packed basement, tools, shed items (including a sailboat) and tools, so much more….These folks never threw anything away. As usual, are prices are customer friendly. We do not supply a list for entry to the home, but the first person on line is welcome to start one.
