By bidding on any lot offered by the Seller, the bidder indicates acceptance of these Terms.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Lots are sold "as is" without any warranty as to condition, authenticity, provenance, or fitness for a particular purpose. Descriptions, photographs and condition reports are for guidance only and do not constitute representations or warranties. Title and risk of loss passes upon payment. The liability of the Seller in respect of each lot shall be limited to the purchase price of the lot.

Buyers' Premium and Charges
For all sales categories: A premium of 25% of the hammer price shall be payable by the buyer. Online payment fees also apply.

The bidding for this auction takes place online only. All the items in this sale are located in New York, New York. Contact us before bidding if you have additional questions concerning items.

SALES TAX.
We are required by law to collect sales taxes on all property sold through or by us in states where we have offices or make more than occasional sales. The actual sales tax rate and conditions depend on the state, county, or locale to which the lot will be shipped or where the buyer or buyer’s agent takes possession. That means that if you buy items from us, it may be subject to the sales tax in the area where you or your agents receive it or take possession of it. Even if we are not obligated to collect sales tax from you, you acknowledge that it is still your responsibility to pay the required use tax on your purchases.
