All Sales are Final - Cash, Venmo, Cash App or Credit Card. 5% sales tax on everything besides cash.

Day 2 prices typically drop
Day 3 is complete liquidation meaning low prices, but not free.
You are responsible for removal of any purchased items. Some limited assistance available sometimes - Bring your help to load heavy and bulky items, we do offer a recommendation for a moving company that offers all our clients a discount.
Please use the street for parking and the driveway for pickup only.
Do Not Block Driveways or park on Grass !!
