No public bathrooms available - please go before you come!
No pets allowed - service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
There is a cat living in house. Timid, so don’t scare him.
Use CAUTION on property. Homeowner/sale organizer are not responsible for any accidents - caution signs have been placed on property to avoid injury and filmed before sale as a precautionary measure.
Avoid areas taped off. Small children MUST BE MONITORED AT ALL TIMES!
Bring a friend to help lift and load your large purchases into appropriate sized vehicle.
All large items purchased must be removed by 5pm each sale day. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Park respectfully curbside. Do not park on neighbor’s property.
Driveway for PICKING UP ITEMS UP ONLY.

A very long lifetime of mutual collecting (over 90 years) for one couple. He was a journalist for The New York Times, an author and classical music officianado. She is a children’s book author, artist and Hungarian history and literature expert. Both friends with illustrious notables which are well represented in their belongings.
Fantastic home (not for sale) on well manicured property. Worth the visit for the house alone. Owner will be on site to answer questions you may have and to provide insight into all items for sale. At age 93 - a true font of knowledge!

Large collection of music (classical, jazz, modern recording artists, vocalists, crooners, vintage vinyl and CDs), large collection of DVDs, HUGE library of truly diverse fiction/non-fiction subject matter/authors, smaller wooden pieces of furniture; rustic Mexican Colonial furniture (large and small pieces - bar w/tiled blue and white tiles and matching bar cart tiled with blue and white tiles, painted 1940s wooden pantry cabinet, buffet, sideboard, large wooden and rush seat Captain’s chair, hand carved copy of a 16th century French reliquary cabinet, Eastlake 1850s hall mirror, L.L. Bean Adirondack chair with leg extension, elongated low modern bench in black upholstered leatherette, late 17th century/early 19th century blanket chest, Spanish Colonial book lectern, 1940s wing chair [needs reupholstering], book cases large and small, 2 drawer filing cabinets (4), 1940s waterfall style dressers and mirror, ), Mexican and Honduran pottery, late 1940s Art Deco furniture, lighting, statuary, (Rube Goldberg statue), small vintage decorative objects to fill our display cases, ephemera, framed art, framed letters/autographs of notable people (Richard Rodger’s/Tommy Tune Hillary Clinton and others, personal invitation for Christmas celebration at Baby Doc Duvalier’s (dictator)Palace in Haiti, The Clintons and others, framed last front pages of newspapers that folded years ago, working OMEGA Constellation wrist watch, Gruen and others (all working), large vintage floor tube powered radio in working condition, book cases (to hold owner’s HUGE library, antique churn, vintage china, porcelain, glassware and entertaining ware, original NordicTrac exercise machine, student piano (make an offer), basement treasures, vintage Fly Rods (just found on Thursday - haven’t seen the light of day for over 25 years), mobility scooter and apparatuses, plus many other interesting items too numerous to list!
