Use CAUTION on property. Homeowner/sale organizer are not responsible for any accidents - caution signs have been placed on property to avoid injury and filmed before sale as a precautionary measure.
Avoid areas taped off. Small children MUST BE MONITORED AT ALL TIMES!
Bring a friend to help lift and load your large purchases into appropriate sized vehicle.
We have limited bags/boxes for you to use.
All large items purchased must be removed by 5pm Sunday. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Park respectfully curbside. Do not park on neighbor’s property.
Driveway for PICKING UP ITEMS UP ONLY.

Truly Vintage Estate Sale - June 27-29, 2025 - 9am-5pm each day (no early birds, please). Door opens promptly at 9am. If there is a large crowd gathering numbers will be handed out.
This house is a literal time capsule of the 1950s and 1960s plus contemporary items! Below is a run down of item categories:
Retro furniture (living room, dining room, breakfast room, den, three bedrooms, basement/workshop) many stylized individual pieces in excellent condition
Loads of smalls and decorative items (too numerous to list - see images)
Formal and everyday china and glassware (Waterford, Cristal D’Arq, Fransicanware, Haviland-Limoges), formal silver plate, picnic ware, Thermoses, cocktail paraphernalia , electric coffee percolators (personal and party size), picnic tablecloths (round and rectangular in retro prints and colors), serving plates, chafing dishes, serving trays, retro Coleman cooler and more, styrofoam beer/soda cooler, etc.
Linens (very fine vintage table and bedding linens (twin sizes), contemporary and vintage linen bath hand towels, dish towels, and bags of cleaning towels)

Women’s classic and stylish clothing in excellent condition (casual wear, casual and dressy blouses, better brand sweaters (some cashmeres), coats and jackets sizes M to L)), boots and shoes (size 10N), plus vintage handkerchiefs, scarves and gloves. We do have a few articles of men’s clothing as well. ALL ITEMS FAIRLY PRICED AT BELOW DISCOUNT STORE PRICES! Labels such as Talbots, Ralph Lauren, Kasper, Claiborne, Tahari, Coldwater Creek, Brooks Brothers, plus many others! We are also investigating a Korean War Marine’s foot locker for uniforms and paraphernalia…, more info to come!
Military USMC Korean War (1950-1952) kit of all kinds sizes M, 32waist 29inseam. Dress gear, everyday gear, ties, belts, etc. no smells. Excellent condition.
Collection of 1950-1972 political campaign buttons (Eisenhower and Nixon). All Republicans. Local elections too. Many Jaycee buttons as well from across the USA.
