We have limited bags/boxes for you to use.
All large items purchased must be removed by 5pm Sunday. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Park where directed. Do not park on neighbor’s property.
Driveway for PICKING UP ITEMS UP ONLY.

ESTATE SALE - December 4, 5 and 6, 2025 10-4 each day
Last sale at this address! Furniture (antique to mid-century), large selection of books on all subjects listed below, vinyl (33 1/3 and 78s), CDs, DVDs, framed ephemera and artwork (signed and numbered by listed artists), art glass (vintage Steuben), stamps and prints commissioned by and from The United Nations (unframed), patio and exterior furniture, wheelbarrows, ladders, utility hand cart, mobility walkers and scooters, vintage ‘30s’40s bicycle and more to be listed and photographed as we pull them out of the attics!
Be patient and keep checking back daily! There’s more to be seen!
We held the first sale at this location inside the house. This time we are using the detached two car garage (and it will be heated).
