Terms & Conditions
The sale will be held in both the house and the barn.
• All sales are in person and final; nothing will be sold before the sale. Please do not call, text, or email about any items before the sale.
• We have no control over items advertised in the sale that are then reclaimed by the client before the sale. We do our best to keep the photos as up to date as possible.
• Cash & Venmo only, no checks will be accepted.
• When shopping during our sales, you enter the property, shop, and park at your own risk.
• A sign-up sheet will be posted by 3 pm on the previous afternoon.
• Please bring help and a vehicle to load large items. Some large items may need to be disassembled for transport.
• If bringing your own bags or boxes, you will be asked to empty them completely at the time of checkout.
• Our sales happen rain or shine!
