NYSST Collected. Please Email a copy of your re-sale certificate to UnitedAuctions@hotmail.com prior to the auction if you are having your items shipped; or bring a copy with you to pick-up if your are picking up your items in person. We MUST have this on file for NYS. Otherwise we will have to collect sales tax of 8% in addition to your bid and buyers premium.
**tax resale numbers MUST be in your name or your business name. NO others can use your tax number for any reason. A PHYSICAL copy must be present and given to cashier at time of pick-up.

NOTE: If you are using AUCTION FLEX/ Hi-Bid to bid, we will email you a notice after the auction of your winning purchases and bill. If contact regarding your payment or payment not made within 24hrs of closing, your card on file will be automatically charged. NO item(s) will be allowed to be picked up or shipped until full payment is received. Non-Payers will be noted with Auction Flex and bid permission will be declined.

SHIPPING: There is a handling fee for each winning bid of $10.00 for your first lot and $5.00 discounted for each additional lot plus actual shipping and insurance fees. All shipping done by Staples FedEx. All out of country shipping USPS.
Items will be shipped within 10 BUSINESS days after they are paid for. ( Business days: M-W-F).

Bidders will be charged automatically after 24hours of the auction close if payment arrangements are not made by the buyer prior to bidding.
25% Buyers Premium and 8% NYSST unless exemption forms are filed.

Items will be packaged to be shipped at Buyers Expense within 10 business days of the conclusion of the auction. There will be a handling fee of $10.00 PER LOT and a discounted fee of $5.00 PER LOT for each additional lot purchased. Plus buyer to pay for actual shipping, material, and insurance fees.
If you would like to save the shipping and pick your items up personally or by representative, all items MUST be paid for in FULL before removal. Pick-Up Date will be Wednesday, May 28th from 10am-5pm or by appointment by calling Auction Co. at 716.307.3405 at the auction location of 910 Front Street, Olean, NY 14760.
Any item(s) left after May June 1st will be automatically charged to the buyer, and will become property of the Auction Co. to be disposed as the Estate home needs to be vacated.
