Exceptional Estate Sale by TLC

This is an amazing Arts and Crafts sale within a Collectors dream sale. Everywhere you turn is a whimsical visual delight. 

The property itself includes a two story home that's busting at the seams with all kinds of treasures.  There's also several out buildings  including a dedicated  arts and craft workshop, a pool side sun room, several garages and yet another crafters shed. The pool and surrounding grounds are bursting  with unique decor pieces.  

The owner was a prolific artist  who's talent is evident in every corner of this large property.  An impressive  assortment of quality Tole painted pieces on wood, metal, canvas, furniture and glass and concrete across many styles and many themes. The quantity and quality will surprise and delight all who appreciate this form of artwork.

For the Crafters there's several rooms full of raw materials and supplies, paints and unpainted boards and furniture. There's also a library of craft books and how to materials.  This owner was an accomplished seamstress with multiple sewing machines and many supplies.  There's loads  of fabric and other sewing materials.  

So many collectibles are present here. Art glass pieces including some rare and unusual Fenton selections, uranium glass figurines, hand blown glass figures and a colorful glass basket collection.  We've found costume and estate jewelry, wrist watches plus an assortment of vintage table and bed linens.

Who knew that Santa's workshop has a second location here in Oneida NY. This is without question one of the largest and most substantial collection of quality vintage Christmas decorations from years gone by.  Find a large collection of Shiny Brite, German and Polish hand painted bulbs, unusual ceramic trees and figurines, tree toppers, tole painted sleds, blow mold characters plus many other festive holiday pieces.  Christmas  is coming early this year! You're  going to need alot of time for discovery of all that's here. 

This home has several distinctive furniture pieces including a Stickley four post bed, 60's MCM bedroom set by Harmony House, unique lamps and lighting including a very sharp Royal Haeger Etruscan Lamp.  There's also primitives, painted furniture plus many other unique occasional pieces.  You'll find a large assortment of framed artworks in every corner of this property. There's several flat-screen TVs, electronics including vintage sound equipment, record albums and 45s, cds and cassettes plus vintage photography. We've found some vintage toys and board games plus vintage Hess trucks also.

There's all kinds of quality kitchenwares including collectable Pyrex sets, glassware, dinnerware, several flatware sets, small appliances, unique pottery,  enamal ware, cast iron pans, Oneida silver plate service pieces just to mention some.

For the DIY'ers you'll find a large woodworking shop full of quality  power tools, all kinds of hand tools and hardwares.  

Throughout  the grounds and large fenced in pool area you'll find many patio and garden decor items in concrete and ceramics plus an assortment of patio furniture including a quality steel patio table and chair set. There's two riding lawn tractors, lawn sweeper, a push mower, garden carts plus all kinds of lawn and garden implements. 

There's so much here that tents will also be set up to accommodate.  This will be a 4 day sale beginning on Wednesday  May 28th.
