A 25% buyer's premium plus applicable sales tax applies to all purchases.
Payments are processed through LiveAuctioneers and charged to the card on file, generally within 24 hours of the auctions close.
Full payment is required within 48 hours. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the sale, financial liability, and disputes filed with LiveAuctioneers.
3. Shipping & Combined Invoices
All shipping is handled in-house. Certain auctions may include shipping promotions; please refer to the specific auction description. Multiple lots are automatically combined for cost-effective shipping. If you receive an initial invoice that does not reflect combined shipping, please disregard it or let us know. Customs declarations will reflect the full sales price. Items cannot be marked as gifts. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.
4. Descriptions & Condition Reports
Catalog descriptions are provided as a guide only. The absence of condition notes does not imply that an item is free of defects. Images form part of the condition description. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
Additional condition reports are available upon request up to two days before the auction. All sales are final.
5. Estimates & Reserves
Pre-sale estimates are for reference only and do not predict the final sale price.

The auctioneer has sole discretion over bid acceptance, lot withdrawal, bidding increments, and the pace of sale. Proxy bidding up to the reserve is permitted.
7. Internet & Absentee Bidding
Online bidding is offered as a convenience. ACME Auctions is not responsible for technical failures. In combined live and online auctions, floor bids take precedence over internet bids.
8. Ownership & Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer at the fall of the hammer. Buyers are responsible for the security and transport of their purchases.
9. Returns & Limited Guarantee
All lots are sold without warranty. Returns are only accepted if:
(a) the physical condition materially differs from the catalog description,
(b) a condition report was requested and provided prior to bidding, and
(c) the buyer notifies ACME Auctions within 24 hours of receipt.
Determinations of material difference are at the sole discretion of ACME Auctions. Items must be returned within 10 days in the same condition as received. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
10. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be applied unless a valid resale certificate is provided.
11. Legal Disputes
Any disputes arising from the auction will be resolved through binding arbitration in Suffolk County, New York. The prevailing party may recover attorneys fees and collection costs. Non-payment subjects the buyer to additional fees, interest, and legal action.
12. Liability During Shipping
ACME Auctions is not liable for damage or loss of items caused by the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Federal Express or other shipping company after they are received and shipped.
13. Acceptance of Terms
