All items are sold as is. Storage up to 30 days. Property stored after 30 days will be charged $10 per day up to 6 months then item will become ownership of auction house. Please view photograph preview or call for specific condition requests. Payment is to be made to auction house within 3 days upon winning bid. Most shipping is handled in house upon our discretion excluding furniture and larger items. Please note shipping cross country and out of country can exceed total purchase price. No returns due to shipping costs.
