PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item. Do not hoard items and then "decide" later to "go through" those items to decide if you plan to purchase them. You have taken them out of the sale when you set them back and could cause an item to miss a sale if you decide not to buy.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) Prices are not negotiable on the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
4) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
5) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
6). If you pick up an item and decide not to buy it, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
7) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
8) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash on the front porch.
9) We don't do Pre-sales or Give out Prices prior to the estate sale.
10) We do not honor any written Sign-Up lists.

With the guidance of the Grateful Dead, our next estate sale tour stop brings us to Pittsford for a great sale this Saturday and Sunday! In fact you can make it a day trip by coming to our sale and then make the short trek to Schoen Place!
Important note regarding the Eva Kingma flute as of 11:00 am, Friday, April 11th:
We just had this item appraised and upon our findings have returned the Eva Kingma flute back to our client.
We have not pre sold this item, and my apologies for any inconvenience we may have brought on for potential shoppers of this item!
Our Saturday hours are 8:30 - 2:00
Sunday’s hours are: 9:00 - 1:00
Prior to opening each day, we hand out numbers as shoppers arrive to ensure everyone has a fair chance to get what they are looking for!
Somebody from our team will be onsite 2 hours prior to opening each day of the sale!
If you plan on buying any of the large furniture pieces or either of the 12’ x 9’ oriental rugs, please bring enough help to get your items easily out of the home!
If, within the first 2 hours of our opening each day, we have a significant amount of shoppers shopping for collectible items we will be limiting access to the area where they are displayed. This allows us to make sure we are able to provide service to shoppers who have questions or need assistance. Shoppers not being respectful of others will be asked to leave!!!!
