Use CAUTION on property. Homeowner/sale organizer are not responsible for any accidents - caution signs have been placed on property to avoid injury and filmed before sale as a precautionary measure.
Avoid areas taped off. Small children MUST BE MONITORED AT ALL TIMES!
Bring a friend to help lift and load your large purchases into appropriate sized vehicle.
All large items purchased must be removed by 5pm Sunday. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Park respectfully curbside. Do not park on neighbor’s property.

Owner selling home (still on the market) and moving on.
80% of house contents being sold.
First day in was Thursday (5/1) and we started unboxing/unwrapping items. Treasures and utilitarian items are being found, but the rest of the house is yet to be searched. Believe us…, there’s LOADS more to come. Four generations worth! Be patient and keep checking back daily.
So far:
Master Bedroom suite (pieces can be sold separately), large 19th/early 20th century roll top oak desk, dining tables/chairs, coffee tables, mini fridge, small decorative rattan/wicker pieces, bookshelves, glass and chinaware, lamps of all sizes (including Coleman and oil), framed artwork and prints (some signed original pieces), aquarium(s), camping equipment, fishing gear, tools and hardware, garden tools, workshop accessories and LOADS of hardware, vintage oil lamps, attic treasures, lawn furniture, huge pressure treated child’s play set (must be disassembled and moved by customer if sold), vintage vinyl from the 1960s (easy listening music from your folks and grandparents; Johnny Mathis, Glenn Campbell, Johnny Cash, Doris Day, Sinatra, The Kingston Trio and more of that era/genre, plus more as we open more closets and boxes! Check back daily!
