• No food or beverages brought in
• No bags brought in please
• No public bathrooms available – please go before you come!
• No pets allowed (Exception: Trained service animals aiding persons with disabilities are welcome)
• Please use CAUTION on premises -- Homeowner/sale organizer are not responsible for any accidents – please observe caution signs placed on property to avoid injury (filmed before sale as a precautionary measure)
• Avoid areas marked ‘No Entry’
• Small children MUST BE MONITORED AT ALL TIMES!
• Bring a friend to help lift and load any large purchases into an appropriate sized vehicle
• All large items purchased must be removed by 5pm each sale day (ONLY EXCEPTION: Utility shelving used for sale item display – if purchased, these may be picked up at end of day Saturday
• Please park respectfully curbside – do not park on neighbor’s property or blocking driveways.
