No public bathrooms available - please go before you come!
No pets allowed - service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
There are two highly strung animals in house. Other animals set them off. Animals are inside house, sale is held in two car garage and driveway.
Use CAUTION on property. Homeowner/sale organizer are not responsible for any accidents - caution signs have been placed on property to avoid injury and filmed before sale as a precautionary measure.
Avoid areas taped off. Small children MUST BE MONITORED AT ALL TIMES!
Bring a friend to help lift and load your large purchases into appropriate sized vehicle.
We have limited bags/boxes for you to use.
All large items purchased must be removed by 5pm Sunday. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Park respectfully curbside. Do not park on neighbor’s property.
Driveway for PICKING UP ITEMS UP ONLY.
Owners will be on site during sale - please keep your comments civil.

PHASE 3 - ANTIQUES, VINTAGE AND CONTEMPORARY ESTATE SALE
SEPTEMBER 5, 6 AND 7, 2025 - 9AM-5PM EACH DAY (rain, heat, or glorious sunshine)
Selling the contents of house owned by two antiques dealers (50 years combined in the business). We are emptying out what is left in shed and entire contents of basement (packed wall to wall/floor to ceiling). Pix and list of inventory will follow soon!Spent yesterday (8/21) in basement sorting items to be sold in Phase 3. Amazing items!
HOME: (Eastlake, Craftsman, Mission, Art Deco, Mid-Century, Contemporary and more), small and larger pieces of furniture, decor, lamps and shades, lamp parts, chandeliers and crystal/glass pendants, draperies and window treatments in excellent condition (come with your window measurements), loads of smalls and more to come…
LAMPS: all types of lamps and lighting (table, night, chandeliers, floor, chandelier, hardwired wall sconces, decorative candle sconces, lamp and chandelier parts, crystals/pendants, lamp shades, glass shades, silk and fabric shades, wiring, plugs, adjustable switches, and loads more…)
MUSIC/AUDIO VISUAL: vinyl and 78s, RCA Victrola in working condition plus accessories, stereo components, working VCR, working CD/DVD player, VHS movie and music tapes, vintage gay male erotica (magazines and VHS tapes) - must be 18 years or older to view
LAWN AND GARDEN: small and larger pieces (rakes, pick axes, shovels, lawn seeder/feeder, hand tools, plus more…
CLOTHING: men’s/women’s (this list will grow as bins are unpacked…, came across custom made costumes for masquerade/Halloween parties and vintage roaring 20s…)
COSTUME JEWELRY: two cases full of- small to large pieces…(haven’t spent any time examining/photographing yet), retail jewelry display pieces/neck blocks, ring displays, bracelet mounts, etc.

HOLIDAY: Halloween and Thanksgiving will be represented and Christmas will dominate our Phase Four sale in early October (no room to display it all at this sale)
Phase 2 items located in the driveway are marked drastically low for immediate sale. All pix of those will be marked Phase 2 (PH2). Loads of fall and winter holiday items priced for immediate sale! Sadly, summer is ending and the holiday months will be upon us sooner than we think! Buy now - we’re cheaper than the box stores!
