All cataloged entries are strictly statements of opinion of the cataloger and/or the auction house and should not be interpreted as fact. Any absence of a condition report does not imply that the item is in perfect and/or good condition. Please request a condition report and ask for any additional photos and/or information prior to bidding. All sales are final.

Neither the auction house nor the Consignor makes any guarantees, warranties or representations, expressed or implied, with respect to the description, authorship, authenticity, merchantability, fitness, value, physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, provenance, exhibitions, literature or historical relevance of any property offered for sale or the correctness or accuracy of any catalogue provided by the auction house. No statement anywhere, whether oral or written, shall be deemed such a guarantee, warranty or representation. Prospective bidders should ask questions in regard to the items before bidding to determine anything that may be of significance to them, including, without limitation, the property's condition, size, authenticity, value and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. The auction house has the right to remove or cancel any lots from sales, either during or after if a consignor wants the item back.
