No statement anywhere, whether oral or written, shall be deemed such a guarantee, warranty or representation. Prospective bidders should ask questions in regard to the items before bidding to determine anything that may be of significance to them, including, without limitation, the property's condition, size, authenticity, value and whether or not it has been repaired or restored. The auction house has the right to remove or cancel any lots from sales, either during or after if a consignor wants the item back.
Payment-if you have a card on file with Live Auctioneers, it will be automatically charged after invoices are sent.
