Our staff provides numbers prior to the start of the estate sale; Approximately 1 hour Prior to opening the Sale!
We accept cash & credit cards with proper I.D.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item. Do not hoard items and then "decide" later to "go through" those items to decide if you plan to purchase them. You have taken them out of the sale when you set them back and could cause an item to miss a sale if you decide not to buy.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) Prices are not negotiable on the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
4) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
5) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
6). If you pick up an item and decide not to buy it, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
7) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
8) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash on the front porch.
9) We don't do Pre-sales or Give out Prices prior to the estate sale.
10) We do not honor any written Sign-Up lists.

It appears that we may have an actual thawing for or next estate sale tour stop which is in Rush this Saturday & Sunday!
Our Saturday hours are 8:30 - 2:00
Our Sunday hours are: 9:00 - 1:00
At the request of our client, with the exception of the 2016 John Deere X350 Riding Lawnmower and the Craftsman SN410 Electric Start Snowblower, anything else left over on Sunday will be 50% off!
Somebody from our team will be onsite 2 hours prior to opening each day of the sale!
Prior to opening each day, we hand out numbers as shoppers arrive to ensure everyone has a fair chance to get what they are looking for!
If you plan on buying any large furniture or appliance pieces please bring enough help to get your items easily out of the home!
If, within the first 2 hours of our opening each day, we have a significant amount of shoppers shopping for collectible items we will be limiting access to the area where they are displayed. This allows us to make sure we are able to provide service to shoppers who have questions or need assistance.
Shoppers not being respectful of others will be able asked to leave!!!!
