Get ready for lots of amazing finds at a HUGE Estate Sale located in Saratoga Springs, NY. The house has 3 very full floors and a packed garage; There's no way to list everything and we are limited with the amount of pictures we can add; you MUST come see in person! We will be too busy to monitor inquiries sent...

A few notable items: Our client loves to shop and has AMAZING taste! A lot of the clothes shoes and purses have never been used and still have tags on them. The majority of the clothes are large and extra large, pants are mostly 16 with a few variances, shoes are mostly 9/9.5. Lots of designer labels for these items, including but not limited to talbot, Tommy Hilfiger, Dooney & Bourke,Nine West, Lands End, Sketchers, L.L.Bean, Uggs, Calvin klein, Kate Spade, Ralph Lauren, many pieces of clothing that were purchased on overseas vacations, and so very much more! There's a large amount of Syracuse Orangemen items that include apparel, pins, flags, etc.. There is a lot of furniture: suede sofas from Pottery Barn that are in a living room that was rarely used, a lot of Ethan Allen furniture, a couple of dining tables, coffee tables, end tables, many dressers, etc.. There is an unopened heated outdoor Trek mat in the garage. They are many high end rugs that are brand new, still wrapped in paper. On the outdoor patio there is a Weber grill, a couple fire pits, a metal wood rock, outdoor patio furniture, lots of plant pots, a couple wheel barrels, some border fencing, Shepherd's hooks, Etc.. There is wall art that is beautifully framed, many collectibles, high end perfumes, a LOT of jewelry (2 tables containing sterling silver and costume pieces). There's also older first edition and current books, CDs, VHS, DVDs, tvs, office equipment, dishware (high end), records, seasonal holiday decor (many seasons, lots of decor), Heinrichsen Flat Figures Winter Scene, Longaberger Baskets, The Cats Meow, full gallons of paint, multiple ladders, and so much more!!
