1. Accepted Forms of Payment:
 We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App only.
No credit cards, debit cards, checks, or other forms of payment will be accepted.
2. All Sales Final:
 All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, or adjustments will be made under any circumstances. No exceptions.
3. Bags & Personal Items:
 For security purposes, large purses, backpacks, tote bags, and shopping bags are not permitted inside the sale. Management reserves the right to inspect any bags brought onto the premises.
4. Item Removal:
 Purchasers are responsible for removing their own items. Please bring adequate help, tools, packing materials, and appropriate vehicles for transportation.
5. Liability:
 By entering the property, attendees acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. The homeowner, estate representatives, and sale organizers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to persons, vehicles, or personal property.
