Plan to spend some time as there is a lot to look at. If you are in the market for a larger item, please bring help to lift and load and I will not have anyone available to assist you with that. Arrangements for pick up can be made in a reasonable time after the sale. This house is located on a dead-end road and a corner of a main trafficked road. Please Park on Harris. Main road is very busy, and I don't want anyone to get hurt. A block or two up the road (if you don't mind walking) is a small area across from fire house that is good to park in. On Harris please be considerate of others driveways and lawns as it has been so wet. We don't want to cause extra lawn work for people. We appreciate your kindness and look forward to your visit.

You are being welcomed into another home to view their items for sale. We are not responsible for any accidents and expect you to be respectful of their home and belongings. You break it you buy it. Please leave children home. Bring help to load heavy or large items. Cash or Charge only. Under NO circumstance do I except checks. All sales are final. Look over items carefully before purchase. Once you pay, it is yours. small area to move around, enter at your own risk. PLEASE do not come and request to use the bathroom. This is not a public place and a public bathroom is not available.

As with all estates please be aware that I do not live there. I do not know the environment of the previous owner. There MAY be allergens present. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns. I will do my best to answer your questions honestly. Please also know that in doing this business for 20+ years I am pretty desensitized to odors. You may smell something I do not. It is not intentional. Thank you for understanding

This is a wonderful little house packed full of goodies. Not a sale for anyone who has trouble with stairs. You will enter through the basement and use stairs to the main floor and another set of stairs to go to the floor above that. We have closets in every room full of women's clothes, on the smaller size. We have blankets, sleeping bags and aero beds. Yard tools and decor, small amount of household tools. Housewares and Furniture. Generator, Freezer, Grill, outdoor stuff. Disney, Dolls, and other collectibles. Televisions and so much more.
