You are being welcomed into another home to view their items for sale. We are not responsible for any accidents and expect you to be respectful of their home and belongings. You break it you buy it. Please leave children home. Bring help to load heavy or large items. Cash or Charge only. Under NO circumstance do I except checks. All sales are final. Look over items carefully before purchase. Once you pay, it is yours. small area to move around, enter at your own risk. PLEASE do not come and request to use the bathroom. This is not a public place and a public bathroom is not available.

As with all estates please be aware that I do not live there. I do not know the environment of the previous owner. There MAY be allergens present. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns. I will do my best to answer your questions honestly. Please also know that in doing this business for 20+ years I am pretty desensitized to odors. You may smell something I do not. It is not intentional. Thank you for understanding

This is an amazing sale in Selkirk. Variety of items. Collectible kitchenware as well as everyday items. Glassware, comics, baseball cards, many different types of ephemera. Elvis collectibles, small amount of records, older Christmas. Everyday linen as well as vintage textiles. Clothes, small amount of furniture. Tools and outdoor items. Antique trunks, camping and fishing items. Antique wringer washer. Small amount of railroad items.

We have priced everything to sell. We look forward to seeing everyone this weekend. Plenty of parking. You will take the drive by the fire hydrant and park on the grass. Please enter sale through front door. 

I do not do sign up sheets. So please do not start one. I try to open promptly at 9am. It is always possible that if we are ready we may open the doors up to 10 minutes early.
