All lots must be removed at the buyer's expense within 10 business days of sale. Lots will be subject to a storage fee of $10.00 per item, per day after one month from the date of the auction. No exceptions! Deker Auction will not be held responsible for loss or damage to items left on premises over 10 business days as they are no longer insured.
All lots will be considered abandoned after three months from the auction date if the buyer has not made arrangements to pick up the lot(s).
Deker Auctions reserves the right to withdraw, combine, or divide any lot at its sole discretion prior to the commencement of bidding.
Buyer must make their own shipping arrangements as Deker Auctions does not offer in-house shipping, unless stated otherwise below each lot in the catalogue. Contact us for a list of recommended shippers.
No auction lot may be removed during the sale or at any time until the full purchase price has been paid.

Description & Details
Our upcoming March auction presents an exceptional selection of Fine Art and Decorative Arts spanning European, Asian, and collectible works. Highlights include European paintings such as a large oil painting by the renowned English artist Edmund Blair Leighton, an impressive oil on canvas after Peter Paul Rubens, and a distinguished group of 17th- and 18th-century Spanish Colonial and European paintings. Also featured is a fine French landscape by Francois-Louis Francais, along with an extensive collection of Joan Miro exhibition posters.
The sale includes a strong offering of European silver, notably early works by Georg Jensen, as well as a curated selection of collectibles including antique and vintage silver compacts and cigarette cases. Collectors of horology will find desirable timepieces by Rolex, Cartier, Longines, and Bredillard, alongside an elegant assortment of fine gold and platinum jewelry, with antique and retro examples from Italy and France.
