No pets allowed - service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
Use CAUTION on property. Homeowner/sale organizer are not responsible for any accidents - caution signs have been placed on property to avoid injury and filmed before sale as a precautionary measure.
Avoid areas taped off. Small children MUST BE MONITORED AT ALL TIMES!
Bring a friend to help lift and load your large purchases into appropriate sized vehicle.
We have limited bags/boxes for you to use.
All large items purchased must be removed by 5pm Sunday. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Park where directed. Do not park on neighbor’s property.
Driveway for PICKING UP ITEMS UP ONLY.

Entire House Contents Sale! (Excluding major appliances and vehicles) More info to come as setup progresses. Pix will be uploaded as soon as we gather items together. Large house, lots of stuff. Be patient and check back frequently. We are working morning to night everyday until first day of sale - there’s that much in this house to sort through.
