Please do not park in front of driveways , block driveways, or throw out your coffee cups in the road or leave in the home. You are a guest please be respectful!

Enter sale at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents. Many homes have steps,mold,lack of bannisters, and poor lighting so caution is needed at all times!

You are responsible for hauling your own purchased items off the property, as we will not be able to help with heavy lifting. We do have a moving company that can help with the move for a charge,
All items must be removed within three days of purchase.
