We're back with another exciting sale! This 4-bedroom East Utica home is full of contemporary and vintage home décor, entertaining pieces, gold and silver, furniture, sporting goods, children's books and toys, men's and women's clothing, linens, and so much more!

Entering through the main door, the dining room to the left is full of china, serving dishes, silverware, and entertaining pieces. Furniture includes a gorgeous antique leaded glass china cabinet, dining table and chairs, and two contemporary buffets. Just off the dining room, the sun porch has spring and Easter décor, a leather loveseat, house plants, and more.

The kitchen is packed with barware, Syracuse China, silverware, dining linens, cookware and kitchen items, a pub-style table, KitchenAid mixer, and other useful household goods.

The living room features a large gray sectional, flat-screen television, books, lamps, autumn décor, and more.

Upstairs, the home office is loaded with crafting and office supplies, books, Adirondack literature, lamps, another sofa, and a great Victorian secretary cabinet. In the hallways you'll find two large steamer trunks. The guest bedroom has some wonderful antique baby items including a wicker baby carriage, along with a queen bed and frame, linens, throws, and other bedroom furnishings.

The primary bedroom is full of men's and women's clothing, shoes, accessories, linens, luggage, men's cologne, and bedroom furniture. The last bedroom is packed with contemporary Christmas décor including trees, ceramics, textiles, artwork, lighting, and more.

Outside you'll find patio furniture, lawn and garden tools, and other outdoor items. Through the breezeway, the in-law apartment is full of entertaining and party supplies, board games, men's clothing, kitchenware, living room furniture, and more.

The basement has plenty more to dig through, including hand and power tools, paint, cleaning supplies, a home gym with exercise equipment, sporting goods, children's toys, camping and fishing gear, and other household items.
