WE do not use a signup sheet. Numbers will be handed out at approximately 7AM, after you receive your number you are more than welcome to leave the premises, doors open up at 9AM promptly.
We are NOT responsible for onsite accidents. Please bring help to load heavy items, as we cannot guarantee availability for loading and/or delivery of items purchased.

Back once more this September, again in East Utica and just a few blocks from our last sale! This charming home is full of great estate sale goodies including Pyrex, vintage toys, costume jewelry, vintage clothing, furs, mid-century furniture, kitchenware, books, barware and so much more!

Entering through the garage, you'll find a large overflow of books, home décor, kitchenware, silver plate, hardware, tools, and other garage items.

The kitchen has a mixed selection of vintage and contemporary kitchenware, entertaining pieces, silverware, wine glasses, barware, cookware, and plenty of useful everyday kitchen items.

The first bedroom is full of vintage and contemporary clothing, a small curated selection of vintage Christmas, books, sewing notions, sewing machines, and more.

The living room is where you'll find a great mix of vintage! Barware, artwork, kitschy kitchen items, Pyrex, ashtrays, mid-century lighting, and plenty more. There's also a set of Hardy Boys books 1–30, Minolta camera, vintage Lionel train with original box and accessories, a 1950s mid-century modular office unit, Martinsville coffee table/ottoman combination, and a Flexsteel sofa and loveseat.

The second bedroom has additional furniture and is packed with clothing, accessories, and more.
