All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is." No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.
Payment Methods-
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards with a 3% card fee. No Checks will be accepted.
Pricing-
Prices are clearly marked, if a price is missing, please ask. Discounts may be applied at the discretion of the estate sale organizer, but not guaranteed.
Item Removal-
Purchased items must be removed by the buyer on the day(s) of the sale unless prior arrangements are made. Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting all their purchases.
Liability Waiver-
The estate sale organizer and property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the premises.
Holding Items-
Items will not be held or reserved without full payment.
You Break It - You Buy It-
Any damage to sale items, whether you intended to buy them or not, will count as "You Break It-You Buy It", and you will be responsible for purchasing said items. So please watch your children carefully, if applicable.
Conduct-
Please respect the property, staff, and other customers. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises.
No Early Entry-
Entry to the sale will only be allowed during the advertised hours. Early arrivals may need to wait in line.
Tax-
There will be no sales tax collected.

Zach's Ventures presents another awesome Estate Tag Sale!!
Sale is located in Green, Ohio. Items from an estate have been relocated to a church off 619.
Dates and Hours: December 11th-14th. Thursday Pre-Sale 11am-3pm, Friday 9am-4pm, Saturday 9am-4pm, Sunday(clearance) 12NOON-4pm(please do not come before noon on Sunday as for the church has their mass in the morning)
Numbers will be given out starting 1 hour before sale to secure a place in line, but being in a church the line will form indoors upstairs.
The items in this sale came from an estate in the Akron area, she was an antique dealer and collector and an avid shopaholic/fashionista! There are a wide variety of items in the sale and something for everyone, from high end collectables to antiques to average household stuff to brand-new/like new clothes. Great place to do some of your Christmas shopping!!
