Payment:
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. ($10 minimum) There will be a 4% surcharge for all credit cards
6.75% Sales Tax is applicable on the sale of each item in accordance with Ohio's State Laws & Geauga County
No checks or other forms of payment will be accepted.
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
All Sales Are Final:
All items are sold "as is" and "where is" with no guarantees or warranties.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed.
Please carefully inspect items before purchasing.
Item Availability:
All items are first-come, first-serve and may not be held or reserved.
Personal Responsibility:
Buyers are responsible for packing, moving, and loading purchased items.
Please bring your own packing materials, tools, and help for large or heavy items.
Liability Waiver:
By attending, you assume full responsibility for any injuries or accidents that may occur on the premises.
Conduct:
Please be respectful of the property, staff, and other attendees.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the premises.
Parking:
Parking may be limited. Please follow any posted signs and be mindful of pedestrians. The entrance is one way. Please proceed to exit onto E. Washington St.
Announcements:
Any verbal announcements on the day of the sale take precedence over previously posted information.

🚗 PARKING INFORMATION
We are located near the corner of Washington St & Rt. 44.
Please turn onto the property and park behind either building, where you’ll find plenty of free parking.
Be mindful of pedestrians, and follow the posted signs when exiting.
The entrance is a one-way driveway (entry only).
All traffic will exit onto Washington St.
